Dr. Yvette Clay has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 (Graduate of Chicago School of Massage Therapy-Cortiva Institute).

Please note that the term Licensed Massage Therapist is the most correct. Masseuse, massage parlor & massage bed are terms used as a cover for prostitution. It is best to avoid offending your therapist by calling them a masseuse. Solicitation of sexual favors will not be tolerated and is a Class 4 felony. All offenders will be reported to law enforcement.

Dr. Yvette Clay obtained her Doctorate of Acupuncture in 2023 from Pacific College of Health and Science.

Dr. Clay has assisted in the recovery of clients engaged in all levels of physical activity. From the grandparent that wants to walk through the park with their grandchild to the marathoner wanting to improve their time for the next race.

Thyme In Massage Chicago, LLC’s mission is to help clients improve and maintain their state of total body wellness. The philosophy of ‘pain equals gain’ is NOT practiced at Thyme In Massage Chicago, LLC. Instead, the philosophy of listening to the clients’ body and working with the client to have an effective, positive session is practiced. Pressure is applied based on how the clients’ body responds to the techniques applied.

Whether you receive acupuncture or massage therapy, communication is also maintained throughout the session to aid in wellness and recovery
